My wife and I were starting to search for a builder to construct our new home. We found Kris Brown with Five Star Custom Homes through a friend who highly recommended Kris. During our first meeting with Kris; we discussed what we wanted in a home and the budget we had to work with, he immediately gave us a sense of security. He began working to give us all our options and we knew that day that Five Star Custom Homes and Kris Brown was the builder for us. Throughout the first weeks Kris worked diligently to help us find a house plan that not only met the requirement of our land but also met our needs perfectly and we decided on the Devonwood.
While building the home; Kris was very focused on quality construction while constantly maintaining budget requirements. Kris was also very open to our ideas and requests. He has a vast variety of products, services and prices were available to us due to Kris' outstanding relationships with his vendors and contractors. Throughout the entire process Kris was only a phone call away for any questions or concerns. He really makes you feel like you are the only person he is working for at the time. The end result was that now we have a beautiful home to raise our family in. We will enjoy it for many years to come. I would never think of building another home without Kris Brown / Five Star Custom Homes and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the new home market.
