Footers to Finish Program
At Five Star Custom Homes we understand the need for our potential customers to know the details about our footers to finish program. Simply described as we will provide the completed home of your choice on your lot for the contracted price as a complete turnkey ready to move into quality home.
This will apply to either a custom home that we have in our portfolio or a dream home that our customers have brought forward to us.
All home prices that are listed in our portfolio and on this site are footers to finish (only) and are built complete per the our standard products and specifications as listed on the Standard Specifications and Products & Options pages.
These items below are (not) included in the footers to finish price
Buildable Lot
Lot clearing, grading, silt fencing, or temporary drives
Well or Septic systems including sewer permit and all applicable fees
Water & Septic hook-up or county capacity fees
Zoning or other miscellaneous county fees
Irrigation systems
Fencing
Additional driveway over 50 feet ( 50 feet from the street to the garage is in the price shown)
Additional note: All footers to finish pricing is based soley on a standard crawl space foundation height of three feet or ( 36"). any additional cost due to the topography of the lot will be disclosed and added to the cost of the home.
Additional note: Any requested structural changes are welcome and open for consideration. Depending on the type of request it may add to the cost of the home.
Additional note: Real Estate or sale commissions, loan processing or construction funding costs are not part of the footers to finish program pricing and are not included.
